Junior School Byte Detail

Daly College, Junior School Photography Competition 2026-27 (for grades 5 and 6)

Categories (18 total): Nature, Cars/Bikes, My Pet, Festivals, Sports, Teachers, Wild Life, Happy Days at School, Monuments, Black and White, Humor, Rural Life, Food, Vacation Time, Grand Parents, Monsoon Magic, Candid Moments, and Me and My Selfie.

Key Rules:

• Editing allowed: Basic spot/blemish removal, contrast/brightness/color enhancement, and cropping only. HDR, digital stitching, or superimposed images are not allowed.
• No watermarks on photographs.
• Must be an original photo taken entirely by the student.
• Entries: One photo per category, up to a maximum of 18 photos total (one student can enter all categories).
• Deadline: 24th October, 2026.
• Caption required for each photo.
• Format: Hard-copy only, size 5 x 7 inches — wrong format = disqualification.
• Back of photo must include: Student's name, class, section, house number, category, camera/phone used, caption, and date & place the photo was taken.
