CBSE: Daly College is affiliated to CBSE. Students study three languages from classes 5 to 8 apart from Science, Mathematics and Social Science. Sports and Co-curricular domains are an integral part of the CBSE curriculum and are part of school’s curriculum too.
In class IX, students opt for two languages and continue with Science, Mathematics and Social Science.
They are registered with the CBSE in class IX and appear for AISSE at the end of class X.
Classes XI and XII have specialization on offer for students from a variety of 22 subjects distributed in five groups.
The registration with CBSE happens in class XI and the students appear for AISSCE at the end of class XII.
Class XI CBSE Subject Options
A student is required to study five subjects in classes XI and XII. They choose one subject from each group. (Additional 6th Subject is optional).

English Core is compulsory.
1 Teaching of some optional subjects can be held in the afternoon depending on the subject combination.
2. Only students who have pursued Mathematics Standard in Class X examination are eligible to opt for Mathematics (041) in class XI.
3. Students who have pursued Basic Mathematics can opt for Applied Mathematics (241).
4. Only one subject can be chosen as an additional subject. Classes for the additional subject are scheduled after 2:30 pm.
5. Any one subject can be opted for from the following: Physical Education, Painting, Hindustani Music (Vocal), Hindustani Music Percussion, Hindustani Music Melodic and Dance (Kathak).
