No child will normally be considered for admission unless he/she has registered in advance for the entrance test and interviews.
Registrations will
normally close one
month before the test
date. Registration is
not a guarantee of admission and only
includes the child in the process of selection. Admission will be made by the Principal and his decision will be final.

In all other classes (V, VIII & IX) seats will be offered only against withdrawals. There are always some seats available in Class XI to merit students.

Selection Process:
This is decided by the Board of Governors and may be changed from time to time without notice. For Pre - Primary and upto Class III tests, interviews or both are conducted at the Daly College in November on a fixed date for admissions in April of the following year. For classes IV to IX, children take the Common Entrance Test along with applicants for Mayo, Scindia, RKC and Birla Vidya Mandir. No admissions are made in Classes X and XII. Students securing 70% in CBSE / 1SE or 75 %in any State Board may apply for Class XI. Sample test papers for Classes I to IX are available in the school office on request. Weightage of 10% grace marks will be given (except in class XI) to the direct descendants of Old Dalians and to the real brothers/sisters of Dalians or Old Dalians. PROMOTION AND SUBJECT SELECTION: There are fixed rules and details and these are available
with the concerned authorities. FEES: Fees is paid in two installments by May 30th and by November 30th of each year. A penalty is levied for late payment of fees. If dues are not settled within 90 days the child's name will be removed from the rolls of the College, without further notice.
Acceptance:
Acceptance of the offer of admission must be made within 15 days or the offer will stand cancelled. Acceptance of admission also implies acceptance of all school rules as amended without notice from time to time. Children admitted as boarders cannot be converted to day borders even if the parents are transferred to lndore.
Withdrawals:
Fees are charged as per school term and not according to the academic year. Parents withdrawing their children during the course of a school term will forfeit their the fees for that term. Parents withdrawing the children at the end of a term must inform the Principal in writing at least 30 days before the start of the next term or a penalty, as fixed from time to time, will be levied. DATE OF BIRTH: Registration will be made as per the age and class. The date of birth, once accepted by the school, will not be amended.
If a student is absent for 20 days without being sanctioned leave, his/her name will be deleted from the rolls of the College without further notice.
Disputes:
All disputes are to be settled in the legal jurisdiction of lndore.
